Refund Policy

  • Partner (Agency buying leads) has 7-14 days upon receiving a lead to process the lead on the web portal for a full refund.
  • B Leads will review refund request within 72 hours (M-F) excluding holidays of receipt of the request
  • B Leads process will include listening to recordings or calling data records for each refund request
  • If recording proves that B Leads did not meet the requirements a refund will be issued if the lead/transfer was previously billed.
  • Refunds will be issued by the accounting department within 72 hours of the determination or the credit will be applied to your account.
